Susan Gaytan brings over twenty years of automotive experience and dealership management expertise to Alan Ram’s Proactive Training Solutions. She is responsible for integrating training solutions and helping dealerships maximize the effectiveness of training. Susan emphasizes the importance of leadership’s role in effective sales training and is passionate about providing the best value and support for dealers. She encourages all managers to train side-by-side with their salespeople to build a powerful sales team from the top down.

MICHAEL RENAUD

CEO

Michael Renaud brings more than 8 years of auto industry expertise, with experience in BDC Management, Sales Management, Fixed Operations, buy/sells and Operations. Over the course of his career, Renaud has worked with primarily Hyundai, Genesis, Mazda and independent dealerships throughout New York City, Long Island and Westchester. “I have done training with a number of trainers over the course of my career and have found Alan Ram’s program to be one of the best available for both onsite and interactive training,” said Renaud. “I’ve run stores in New York over the last 10 years, I know what management’s pain points are when it comes to training and I look forward to helping more auto dealers and manufacturers grow their businesses in a more efficient and effective way.”
