Healthcare and Paid Sick Leave

We offer a unique work-from-home position where we pay 100% of your health care premiums after the first two years of joining our team.

In addition, the company makes group health benefits available to eligible employees and their family members. Eligible employees are full-time employees who have worked for 30 days.

Health benefits are paid in part by the company. Eligible and enrolled employees’ premiums are covered at 50% of the premium cost. The remainder is the employee’s responsibility. After two years of employment, health benefits are covered at 100% of the premium cost.

401(k) plan with company matching

We offer a 100% vested 401(k) plan!

Our employees work in a team-based culture that helps them close more deals while providing peace of mind. In addition, after one year of service, participants are eligible to receive a Non-elective Safe Harbor Contribution of 3% of pay that is 100% vested.
