How we work

Proactive Training Solutions provides both on-site training (trainers who work directly with your team in your store) and virtual training delivered through our AdaptVT platform. We don’t believe in training events — we believe in training cultures. A training event has a shelf life of about two weeks. A training culture, supported by management accountability and continuous practice, creates durable improvement. Our programs are designed to embed into how your dealership operates, not to require it to stop operating for a training day.
