You do not need to be a current client of Proactive Training Solutions or Covideo.

Video Content Requirements
- Must be created by a current automotive sales professional.
- Must be designed to convert a digital lead into an in-store visit.
- Should include the salesperson on camera delivering the message.
Official Rules
Submission Format
- Videos must be posted to a public social platform or sent to Covideocontest@alanram.com
- Posts must include #CovideoContest to be eligible.
- Submissions must be posted between July 15 – August 15, 2025.
Consent & Usage
Content Ownership
- You retain full ownership of your video, but grant both partners an unlimited, royalty-free license to use your submission across their platforms.
- You may withdraw your consent in writing at any time after the contest period ends.
Judging & Winner Notification
- Winners will be contacted via the social platform used for submission or email, if provided.
- All judging decisions are final.
No Limit on Entries
- Salespeople may submit as many different videos as they like, so long as each submission follows all contest guidelines.
