The dealership’s sales staff and the non-sales BDC staff typically have a situation where these two groups are not on the same page because they fail to communicate effectively. Maybe the customer heard the person on the phone promise something and then came in based on what was discussed. If the salesperson on the showroom floor is not aware of that promise, it can leave the buyer with a bad impression.
