As a dealer group executive, I attended this course with one of my sales managers to get an overview of the program. I needed to get to know the trainers, their philosophy, and the culture of the company.I can truly say that Michael Renaud, Susan Guytan, and Mad Mike are all first class trainers and individuals.Their Management by Fire program sets the tone for new (and even some veteran) managers. It will teach them how to build a strong foundation for their teams and create a culture of coaching and consistency moving forward. Managers learn the importance of accountability within their department as well as how to set goals, where to set goals, and how to track their teams progress to ensure success.I was also impressed by the quality of the other program attendees. Every manager who attended was engaged, and showed genuine enthusiasm for learning. Even with extensive role playing, everyone there showed a true interest in developing or sharpening their skills. This is a testament to the Alan Ram training team and the Dealer Groups they are currently coaching.Looking forward to what's next with this group.

I took this class called Alan Ram's Management By Fire. Susan Gayton was a great teacher that showed us how to be stronger on the phone. We worked on listening to customers needs in order to better assist. We also learned how to set a more firm appointment and how to follow the deal all the way through. I received a Guide with scripts to help me address each different opportunity that comes to me whether its a phone pop or an internet lead and I have lived by this ever since. This class is great for anyone even veteran salesman that need a refresher.
